Make a Complaint

You may file a complaint against a regulated energy organization or individual associated with a specific project or energy market. Complaints are filed by persons seeking action against persons or organizations alleged to be in contravention or in violation of any statute, rule, order or other law administered by the Commission or for any other alleged wrong over which the Commission may have jurisdiction.

Landowner Helpline (1-888-889-8030)

The Hotline is available for help in matters involving potential violations and wrongdoing. Enforcement staff can receive information anonymously and protects the confidentiality of whistleblowers to the fullest extent possible. All information and documents obtained through the Hotline are non-public, consistent with 18 C.F.R. § 1b.9 of the Commission's regulations.

Dispute Resolution (1-844-238-1560)

DRS neutrals assist parties in the voluntary resolution of their energy disputes-- prior to or after a complaint is filed with the Commission; educate and train audiences on ADR techniques and skills to prevent, manage and resolve conflict; and promote the systematic application of ADR tools to prevent and reduce energy litigation.
