Access Public Project Files With eLibrary

eLibrary provides a public database of documents that have been issued by or submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

How to Access eLibrary

What You Will Need

A project's docket number is a unique identifier that allows you to access a projects files on eLibrary, file a comment on a project, subscribe to a project's updates, and file to intervene. A Project docket number starts with P followed by a set of numbers (e.g. P-1234).

What is Available

eLibrary is a records information system that contains

  1. Electronic versions of documents issued by FERC from 1989-Present;
  2. Documents received and issued by FERC:
  3. A description/index of documents from 1981-Present;
  4. Microfilm and aperture cards of documents for 1981-1995;
  5. Scanned images of paper documents from 1995-Present; and
  6. Native files electronically submitted from November 2000-Present
